| It is in the replication phase that the actual production takes place. This is where the disc takes shape. The master is replicated on the pressing lines. The first line carries out the treatment of the master with granulated polycarbonates, with subsequent lines responsible for adding a metallic finish and lacquer to the disks. All the lines are automatically monitored to guarantee the quality of every single disc pressed. |
